Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of the WiglyHair website and to every order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA).

Products and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Because every screen is different, and because human hair is a natural product, colours and textures can look slightly different in real life. Some of the images on this site are digitally created or enhanced to show the style, colour and length of a wig. The wig you receive matches the description on the product page, but its exact appearance can vary slightly from the images. The length shown is the length of the hair as supplied. Curly and wavy hair looks shorter when worn, because the curls spring up.
Prices and payment
All prices are in South African rand. Delivery costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay, and the total you see at checkout is the final price. You can review your order, correct mistakes and cancel before you pay. The payment methods we accept are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay. If we find a pricing error on an order, we will tell you and you can choose to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
Orders
Your order is a request to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email, which also serves as your record of the transaction. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full within 30 days.
Return Protection
Return Protection is an optional extra of R120 per order. You choose to add it to your bag as a separate line before you check out, and it is never added for you. It applies to every wig in the order and extends your change-of-mind return window from 7 days to 30 days after delivery, on the conditions in our Refund and Returns Policy, which also explains when the fee is refunded. Without it, we do not accept change-of-mind returns after your 7 day cooling-off period. Your rights for faulty, damaged or wrong goods and your 7 day cooling-off right on online orders always apply.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is described in our Shipping Policy and returns and refunds in our Refund and Returns Policy. Both form part of these terms. Goods are at our risk until they are delivered to the address you gave us. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will replace it or refund you.
Included items and promotions
Install kits, bags and other items are included with the wigs they are advertised with, and their value is part of the price of the wig. Promotions and special prices, including Black November offers, run for the period stated, and we may end them after that.
Using the website
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with it, copy our content for commercial use, or try to access areas you are not allowed to. The photos, text, logos and designs on this site belong to WiglyHair or its licensors.
Our liability
We are responsible for our goods and services as the law requires. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy
How we use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You may also contact the National Consumer Commission or approach the relevant consumer court or tribunal.
