Your 7 day cooling-off right applies to every online order, and faulty, damaged or wrong items are always repaired, replaced or refunded. Neither costs anything extra.

If you want to be able to return a wig for a change of mind after the first 7 days, add optional Return Protection (R120 per order) to your bag before you check out. It extends your change-of-mind return window to 30 days and allows an exchange. Without it, we do not accept change-of-mind returns after the 7 day cooling-off period.
